1. One-Time Consultations Refunds are only issued if cancellation is requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
2. Subscription Packages Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. You may cancel future renewals anytime via your account settings.
3. Technical Issues If you experience a verified technical failure that prevents the consultation, we will reschedule or issue a partial refund based on review.
4. No-Shows Missed appointments without prior notice are not eligible for refunds.
